Genesis 35:9-11

9 God appeared to Jacob again after he had come from Paddan Aram, and he blessed him.[a] 10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob, but your name will not be Jacob anymore. Your name will be Israel.” So he named him Israel.[b] 11 God said to him, “I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply. A nation and a community of nations will descend from you, and kings will come from your body.
